YuruFun Operations Pte. Ltd. ("YuruFun," "we," "us," or "our") provides the YuruFun website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Wallet information: Wallet addresses and related public blockchain activity that you connect to or use with the Services.
3. Identity verification information: If you complete KYC or identity verification, you may submit government ID images and related information for review. These images may be transmitted to an AI review provider that helps us perform automated verification. YuruFun does not store raw ID images in its database after the check. We store only the KYC tier, verification status, timestamp, and internal review reference needed to operate the Services and comply with our rules.
4. Communications: Messages, support requests, reports, feedback, and other information you send to us or submit through the Services.
5. User content: Content you create, upload, stream, or share through the Services, such as images, text, listings, live content, and community posts.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

1. Device and usage information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, pages or screens viewed, features used, and log data.
2. Mobile app information: If you use the mobile app, we may collect app version, build number, platform, and an app-scoped installation identifier.
3. Push notification information: If you enable push notifications, we collect a push notification token and notification preferences so we can deliver and manage alerts.
4. Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember settings, improve performance, and understand usage.
5. Public blockchain data: Blockchain transactions, token balances, NFT holdings, and smart contract interactions are public by nature. We may display or use this public information as part of the Services.

1.3 Device Permissions

The mobile app may request device permissions only when needed for a feature you choose to use.

1. Camera, microphone, and photo library: Used only when you choose to upload media, join live features, or use related content features.
2. Push notifications: Used only if you choose to receive alerts.
3. Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode: Used through the device operating system to help protect access to the app or sensitive actions. We do not receive or store biometric templates.

You can manage device permissions in your device settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

1. provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
2. create and manage accounts, profiles, wallet sessions, notifications, KYC status, and user settings;
3. display public blockchain activity and user content;
4. verify eligibility for features, limits, trading, live features, licensing, and other KYC-gated parts of the Services;
5. calculate reputation, ranking, recommendation, eligibility, safety, and abuse-prevention signals;
6. process support requests and communicate with you;
7. improve performance, reliability, security, and user experience;
8. detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations;

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following cases:

1. Service providers: With trusted vendors that help us host, operate, analyze, secure, verify identity, process automated KYC review, or support the Services.
2. Blockchain networks: Public blockchain transactions are submitted to blockchain networks and may be visible to anyone.
3. Legal and safety reasons: When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of YuruFun, users, or others.
4. Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
5. With your consent: When you direct us or agree to share information.

4. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Raw identity document images are not stored in YuruFun's database after automated review, but our service providers may process them temporarily to provide the review service. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by YuruFun because it is maintained by blockchain networks.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet or blockchain-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your wallet, private keys, passwords, and devices secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain uses of your personal information. You may also:

1. update account or profile information through the Services;
2. disable cookies through your browser settings;
3. disable push notifications or device permissions through your device settings;
4. request account deletion or data deletion through the Services where available;
5. contact us to make a privacy request.

We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.

7. Children

The Services are not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
