YuruFun Community Guidelines

These YuruFun Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “these Guidelines”) establish the standards of conduct for all users interacting within the YuruFun ecosystem, including but not limited to the YuruFun platform, YuruFun services, official social media channels, and any associated community forums or chat groups (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Community”). These Guidelines are designed to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where creativity flourishes and positive interactions thrive.

By participating in the Community, you agree to abide by these Guidelines. Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the Community and/or the YuruFun platform.

1. Our Core Values

  • Respect: Treat all members with respect, even when you disagree. Harassment, bullying, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
  • Creativity: Embrace and celebrate the diverse creative expressions within the YuruFun ecosystem. Support fellow creators and their work.
  • Inclusivity: YuruFun is a global community. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Safety: Contribute to a safe environment for everyone. Do not engage in or promote illegal, harmful, or dangerous activities.
  • Transparency: Be honest and transparent in your interactions. Avoid misleading information or deceptive practices.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited within the Community:

2.1. Harassment and Hate Speech

  • Attacks, insults, threats, or intimidation directed at individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Bullying, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Doxxing (publishing private or identifying information about an individual without their consent).

2.2. Violence and Illegal Activities

  • Promoting, glorifying, or encouraging violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
  • Sharing content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation.
  • Discussing or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other illicit substances/activities.

2.3. Sexual and Explicit Content

  • Sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent content.
  • Engaging in sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances.
  • Content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors.

2.4. Spam and Scams

  • Excessive posting of unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotional material.
  • Phishing, scamming, or attempting to defraud other users.
  • Spreading misinformation or rumors about the YuruFun platform, its services, or other users.

2.5. Impersonation

  • Impersonating other users, YuruFun staff, or any other individual or entity.
  • Creating fake accounts or identities to deceive others.

2.6. Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Sharing copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property without proper authorization.
  • Claiming ownership of IP that does not belong to you.

2.7. Technical Abuse

  • Attempting to disrupt the YuruFun platform or services through hacking, malware, or other malicious activities.
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain or to harm others.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

  • Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Guidelines. Reporting mechanisms will be provided within the Platform and Community channels.
  • Moderation Actions: YuruFun moderators will review reported content and conduct. Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, actions may include:
    • Content removal.
    • Issuing warnings.
    • Temporary suspension from Community channels or the Platform.
    • Permanent ban from Community channels and/or the Platform.
    • Reporting to law enforcement authorities for illegal activities.
  • Discretion: YuruFun reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Guidelines at its sole discretion. Decisions made by moderators are final.

4. Creator-Specific Guidelines

Creators within the YuruFun ecosystem have an additional responsibility to uphold the integrity of their IP and the Community. They are expected to:

  • Act as positive role models for their fan communities.
  • Ensure their content and interactions align with the values of YuruFun.
  • Actively moderate their own community spaces associated with their IP.

5. Changes to Guidelines

YuruFun reserves the right to update or modify these Guidelines at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Guidelines periodically to stay informed of any updates.
